the amount of petrol the car uses when the City power steering is on!

LOL, I had a courtesy Polo when my Punto was being repaired. OK, it was a base model, but talk about unrefined. ANyway, the point I was going to make is that being a courtesy car, when no water was coming out to wash the windscreen I kept pulling the stalk, and pulling and pulling. It didn't come off, but was bending the plastic. The supplying garage hadn't bothered to put any water/washer in it. Also to stop the car rolling the handbrake had to be at almost shoulder hight, certainly getting on for 60 degrees off the horizontal! Talk about problems on a car a few months old. It was lovely to get back into my Punto, even if I nearly crashed because I'd got used to "thinking about braking", rather than pressing the pedal!

Oh I get it. Honestly, as I said I usually take of from stand still on 2nd gear, I only use 1st gear at drag races

About the foot rest I found out that it is cause the car is right hand drive, cause mk2 puntos with left hand drive have foot rests.

Hmm, makes me wonder if I have small feet cause I installed momo racing pedals cause my feet were going through between the pedals.

I just thought of another thing that really really annoys me about puntos you can't flash people without your headlights being on!

You can push the stalk forward with some effort, but it wont flash.

You've gotta twist the dial on the end (argh) and half the time they dont see it, so you've gotta twist again and again, in situations like that you might as well just not bother letting them out of the junction or whatever.

Sometime's you've already driven past them by the time you figure out how to flash that nice bit of fanny walking down the pavement.

Oh, and the head rests, now I think the head rests are dangerous, they're way too far back, I dont think the seats cup your back properly.

They are a bit far back, but then they are on most cars. Don't know about other Mk2's, but I have lumber support on my drivers seat. Something that it very rare for this class of car.

And the lights thing of pulling it towards - nice and easy. My wife's 307 has a system where you pull a bit to flash, and more to swap between dipped and full beam, which takes some getting used to. So easy to not flash, or blind oncoming vehicles...

I'm some kind of spesh, I was pulling when I had my headlights on and pushing when they were off!

Hate the fact the indicators cancel themselves.
Also the sun reflection on the dashboard.
Not being able to see everything because of the pillar
Everything rattles/squeeks/bangs *delete as approp*
Condensation in the headlights

Im sure there is a lot more

Must be a lucky one the only problem I have with mine is the indicators have a habit of staying on, I think I stopped all the 'Fiat' noises when I done the sound proofing for the ice.
Lets hope my feelings towards the car stay this way.

a mini disco with the dash lights, airbag, power steering, abs and brake warning flash randomly

the washer filler bottle, why they made the hole so small to pour the washer fluid in, its precision pouring or you get a wet inside arch. I have over come this problem though, i borrowed my mums gravy strainer and all is well

This was one of the many things mine went back for... fiat do a "special mod" and drill a hole in it somewhere..
