Had the exhaust changed on my 55sx few months ago because the old one began blowing!!!!

Ever since it has not sound right as it makes 'putt putt???' noise constantly! Also when you blip the throttle theres a loud rumble noise as you release the throttle??? its really annoying asa the car sounds really noisy!!

bloke at my local garage seems to think its a hole in the exhaust for condensation to escape from!!! not sure as standard exhaust never did this!! ne 1 shed sum light cheers!!

Take it back - it is not right.

Mine Same Prob But on the way to fiat from work last week the exhuast fell off! big hole for condensation!!!

All exhausts have a hole for condensation, its right at the end, its called a tail pipe
