Dear All,

I have a new boxfull of good quality silicon rubber copper core plug leads with straight moulded boots, to suit american V8s (make is ACCEL Super Stock). Can I safely use these on my Punto mk1 1100cc model 55, or will the sparks system get confused by the low resistance of these high performance plug wires ?

This car is not a coded model, it uses ordinary metal keys.

Any ideas ?

I think it will Work. Because it's the same princeble as other cabels. But beter! Haha

They may work.

BUT you should use fibre leads and R plugs on cars with electronic ignition or there's a real chance of electrical interference: this can cause all kinds of strange issues.
