Just a quick post to say hello...

I have just added a '94 75 ELX 5dr in Midnight Blue to my collection (which includes a Panda Italia 90 and a 94 Cinq). I have been after an early punto for ages as they all seem to be lost forever or hiding somewhere!

The car is very genuine with 80k and FSH mostly Fiat. It is in great shape with an immaculate interior and no rot. There are a couple of scuffs, door opening dents and the roof lacquer has gone but nothing too bad. It is the very highly specced 75 ELX launch model with the factory options of metallic paint and twin airbags!

It was registered 5 days after the uk launch but I have paperwork confirming it was built on 12/04/94 so pre UK launch.

I get the impression that there aren't many early ones left but if anyone has an early one or knows of any in the club that would be great to know.

sounds like you found yourself a nice little motor.. The 75 in general was always pretty rare compared to the 55 or 60, if people spent more money they tended to go for a sporting - coupled with the fact 75 parts are pretty highly desired by people modifying fire engined fiats means they are pretty thin on the ground.
