Got home from shopping last night, as I went to leave the car I heard what I can only describe as a 'spring shooting off' as I opened the latch to get out.

The latch now doesn't feel as resistant as it did before, but it still opens the door fine (for now at least).

Have I broken it?

Should I be worried?

Is it easy to fix?

No, I don't think that is it. I'm talking about the actual inside handle/latch/opener thing.

yea i know what you mean, if you got electric windows it will be easier to remove door cover, after you remove cover you will probably see what is broken
