help please any1 i am currently in the process of rebuilding a GT turbo engine p reg (97) and i have hit upon a major snag i need a set of mains and big end bearings but cannot find any anywhere or even a link for ordering any from anywhere so is there any other GT enthusiasts out there who can steer me in the right direction please i am totally at a loss for getting these half shells so is there another model fiat or engine form another car perhaps that uses the same shells any help any1 can give would be very gratefully recieved. thanks Mac

There are still bearings available for the Lampredi Twin Cam, so you shouldn't have any problems with supply.

Heya folks thanks for the all help not had time to reply to any1 till now sorry bout that ermmm Good news though i have managed to source a full set of shells so for any1 else interested or for future reference the shells compatible are fiat STILO 1.6 16v (192 B.6000) engine or fiat BRAVA 1.6 16v (182 B.6000) engine these cars suppliers seem to carry stock for the shells they are the same in every way to the GT's also for reference as these was also a pain in the preverbial to find Thrust washers for same cars above will fit perfectly part no: (AEW21 std) available in over sizes if needed thanks again for the help will hope to post some pics of the finished engine and car in a few weeks once i've managed to get it in the mk2 shell that is lolz
