(G) punto sporting 1.2 16v mk2

hey im new here and ive decided to get a new cheap car to run around in. i know its not a hot hatch but its not wat im really after


im after one of these cos i think they look quite nice and come well spec'd and hopefully will be easy to sell on without losing too much, think there very god VFM for wat they car and come with

being a fiat forum someone on here plz tell me what there like. what they like to drive, are they reliable are they cheap to run and are parts cheap

been trying to search the net for info but finding it hard

one of my main concerns is the box, only been able to find that the sporting come with CVT do they also come with a normal 5 speed or 6 speed manual box. really dont want a auto

ill be getting a 2000 w or x reg

I have got a mk2 punto sporting 1,2 16v. I am delighted with it. 0-60 in about 10sec and 120mph on the motorway. leave most supermini's as a little spec in the distance. the 6speed box is standard on the sporting !

There's a six speed manual box as well as the 7 speed CVT. The manual is far better tho.
