Cool Fiat Dealer Good Service!

I've just recently traded my W reg black Fiat Punto 1.9 JTD ELX with 67,000 miles for a 53 plate blue Fiat Punto Active Sport with 5,000 miles from a small dealers in Wigan. After 1 week I noticed an annoying rear suspension squeak which was constant when driving and then the gears were sticking and I couldn't get it in gear, it progressively got worse and I couldn't get it in first, second or third without a lot of patience and perseverance, finally the clutch had a terrible judder and I could hardly reverse it or pull away from junctions without revving it to 3,000 rpm and keeping the clutch down... However the good news, I dropped it off at Fiat Calendonia Warrington within a week of booking an appointment and a courtesy car and I got my car back the next day at midday with a brand new clutch and the relevant mods to the suspension which was supposedly the handbrake cables making the noise! The only downside was that when I got back to my car there was paint chips on the drivers door and the black door trim was scraped, so I mentioned it to the service dude and without another word said he apologised and said he will arrange for a paint specialist to come in and fix it and replace the trim and this will all be done next week! Great customer service and all done under warranty without a single moan! The car now drives perfectly! Until the next time!

I recommend Fiat Calendonia Warrington...

Thumbs down Re: Fiat Dealer Good Service!

Oh forgot to mention...they gave me a courtesy car without asking my age (20) or asking to see my license (only passed a month ago) they just shoved a copy of the t's & c's for the courtesy car on the desk and said oh they are just a few rules for the car...after driving it home thinking that everything would be fine... I checked the t's & c's and it said - you must be 21 and you must have held a license for a minimum of 12 months to be insured on the vehicle... hmm yet another mishap on behalf of Fiat... so couldn't drive the flippin thing lol... Luckily with my permisson my partner could drive it... Anyone else had the same problem?
