General Roll call for Punto cabrio owners !

Hi fiatbikerlad88 thanks for that info , but I can’t find it on eBay you couldn’t give me any more info could you please
Cheers Phil

Got my silver Punto cabrio 1.2 16v 85hp earlier this year. It's a 1998. Black roof. So far I have replaced the rear window and started to remove the dents. I think it was shunted in the rear and then pushed into something as the bonnet and wing have been replaced. Also got vertical dents on passenger door which I think is due to no door check straps and clumsy passengers.
Currently on SORN but hoping to back on the road by the spring.

Welcome to Cabrio ownership. From the photo, it looks like your roof might not be folding properly. You may find this thread helpful: https://www.fiatforum.com/punto/351131-punto-cabrio-roof-issue.html
Unfortunately, many of the images are missing, but the explanation and one key photo are still there.
I am interested to hear you were able to replace your rear window. Is it an original zip in window, or a later plastic welded window. I have a plastic welded window which needs replacement, but have been unable to find anywhere which can replace it.

Hi , I’ve just joined the forum and thought I’d make my car known . Bought it for the wife, about 2 years ago , for £450 . Only 50,000 on the clock , it had a dink in every panel , so a mate of mine sorted all the dink’s out and resprayed it for £400 ( bargain ) . The hood was in a poor state, so we had that replaced about 6 months ago for £700 ( mohair) , so all that needs doing now is for us to get a new pump for the hood . I don’t think it can be fixed , and there’s non about , so can anyone tell me if I could just get another pump of a different car and make it fit .
Anyway , my wife loves it so plenty of brownie points

Mine was/is the original zip-in window. Replacement cost about £130 from Germany.
Easy to fit but better with two people as you need to support and zip at the same time.

Bought my second 1995 1.6 90 cabrio this year.
It needs some work and love but eventually become very nice.

This is my first Fiat Punto Convertible Bertone.
Year 1998. Engine 1,2 16v.
Unfortunately, the rear window broke. I don't know if it's a version with a slider. I don't know how to check it. Can anyone help?

Bought mine few months ago, its a very rare car here so I found one needing some work. The engine needed a new head, the interior was disgusting and the body need a respray and fix a few dents (mainly from the doors open too far)
But now the cabrio is ready for MOT, engine is running and replaced all the broken plastics.

Its a s60 model, manual roof, manual windows. I like this simplicity for a non-daily car.

If someone has the 4 blue door cards I would like to buy!

Well well!
Ours was S760FFC(august 1998) It now has a more glamorous number!
We bought it new from a non franchised dealer, but with full Fiat warranty. I was a bit unusual as it was an 85 ELX, but came without lots of ELX bits (no side skirts, no hood cover, not enough keys, no central locking, onlym 4 speakers (not 6)etc. After many calls to Fiat UK the MD agreed to get it sorted & it was, with the missing bits retro fitted/supplied at no cost to me! I have MANY pages of calls/faxes -remember them!
It is a great car we still have it ...now on ~63000 I think

I have 2, Bronze 1998 and Blue 2000 both in Ireland. 1998 is best so getting it sprayed soon I hope. other for spares. new hood and liner as well.

I have a 98 cabriolet, unfortunately don’t have time for her, I am therefore having to let it go, open to reasonable offers,
