After having a Powerflex kit for the inner ARB bushes,
it seems that they won't fit correctly and too small for the bracket.

I managed to get a complete kit from a Polish site,

Kit includes 4 ARB bushes + 2 front inner wishbone bushes and 3 exhaust mounts from ebay.

The brackets can be separated and no need to cut the old bush.

The front wishbones were the hardest part as the old bushs won't come out. we used burner to heat and remove the old bush.

The handling increased, I can take a turn at 60kmh without losing control. the car is stick to the road and the steering wheel feels smoother.

Yeah I got them off strongflex,
ball joints were checked and seemed to be ok.
I have found a poly bush for the ball joint but only by Powerflex and it's very expensive.

haven't seen other brands that makes a poly bush for the ball joint but I'm not going to take off the wishbones again :p

There was also another bush on the wishbone but seemed to be ok too.

DEAR FRIENDS
DOES ANYONE KNOW THE DIMENSIONS OF THE FRONT ANTI ROLL BAR OF A PUNTO GT3?
MINE IS 23mm AT THE CENTRE AND 13mm AT THE OUTER
I WANT TO CHANGE THE BUSHES BUT THE SUPPLIER SAID TO ME THAT
THE OUTERS ARE USUALLY 10mm AND THAT MAKES ME WONDER…
THANKS IN ADVANCE

Hi Chesh
spent the entire Sunday fighting with the anti roll bar. Came off easy enough. But I had major grief removing it completely, without resulting dismantling the exhaust. In the end I only succeeded in replacing the end bushes with the stock rubber ones. I was unable pry apart the both metal clamps to install the Stronglex polythene ones. How did manage to do this?
Cheers

That price would buy me 2 good "Spares" Puntos!:)
