I was supposed to be buying another Panda but sadly that didn't happen. With a £250 sized hole in my back pocket I bid on this cheeky chap...

Should be a lot quicker than my Fiorino van. ;)

The 1.6 block with Delta Hf pistons or custom made ones to lower compression. The 1.7D engine I have in my Fiorino could be used as well as the later 1.9D Punto block from a MkII. I might just tidy the old girl up and sell her on if the 59,000 miles are genuine. ;)

That's bloody annoying. Some thieving toss pot has siphoned the Diesel of out my Fiorino so now I can't pick the Punto up tomorrow. :(

The Payday fairies visit Friday but I'm not putting any more than £5 in at a time from now on.

Christ -- where do you live?

Still, lucky they didn't use a more destructive method (which I shall not mention here).

Rural Norfolk. The thief tried to break into my van last week; failed (even though it only took me three seconds) and cut my brake hose instead. :bang:

almost 2 years ago i ran out of gas, pushed the car away from the road to some parking place, came back around 2,5 hours later with some gas, poured whole can in it started the car and drove away, after few mins car had shut off again, i said wtf - gas gauge showed empty, looked around the filling hole and noticed someone cut through all the gas pipes in order to steal my gas just to find out there wasnt any in haha
strange they didnt f_uck up something else in anger

Buggers. Some sh*t broke into my garage last night/early morning and stole my T5. My guess it'll either be used as a get away car or is on the ferry to Ireland.

are u allowed to shoot robbers-intruders there or are u only supposed to do, to them what they would do to u, lets say he has a knife so the only thing u can do to him is create a injury with a knife, if u shoot him and he doesnt have a gun u will go to jail-opposite to american laws like stand your ground

My mate got called into work today so I'll be collecting the car Thursday. :bang:

So I'm starting to plan the project in my head mostly and I'd better put a few ideas down here before I forget.

The blue I selected for the Fiorino will now go on this car to cover the blemished lacquer.

The Abarth 105/130 chromodore wheels will go on this car with a fresh mirror polish.

The suspension will be modestly adapted (tuned by Lotus).

I'm thinking Alfa leather but until I see the interior trim I'll wait.

Most important the stereo from my Fantasia will be rehomed in the Punto.

So...

...nice paint, nice wheels, comfy bum 'olders and a decent stereo.

There may be some room for modest tuning but I'm not going to go too far as 1.6 Sportings are appreciating classics and I wouldn't modify the car at all if I didn't have my classic Panda to fix that bug. ;)
