So after talks behind the scenes here at FiatForum, we are wanting to create a special stand at this years AutoItalia - Stanford Hall celebrating the 20th Anniversary of the Punto.

To this end i would encourage all mk1 owners to consider attending Stanford Hall this year. Stanford Hall has been one of the biggest meet ups for FiatForum annually for several years, and we feel this could be a great addition to the stand to pull in some attention for the Forum.

Here we are last year, the weather sucked but endless free cups of tea and coffee (available to all forum members) kept us warm and we had a great day!

Now you folk that post in here regularly will have noticed this is quite a small section compared to the mk2/2b and the Grande sections and so please bring your mk1 along if you can. All cars welcome, standard & modified. I hope we can get a good selection, base models, sportings, cabbies & a GT or two. Well heres to hoping.. Last year I only saw two mk1 punto's and they were both modified GTs, neither from FF so get your polishing rags out and come show off your punto & meet some fellow enthusiasts!!

The main event thread can be found here, If you would like to attend please click 'add me' in the main thread, this means we know who is coming and you will get a name badge getting you access to free refreshments from the FiatForum marquee. See main thread for more details of the event and how to register to be on the stand etc. But could you also post below that you are attending and what model your mk1 is and whether it is stock or modified so I can workout what will and won't be there.
