DO NOT BUY FUEL SAVER TYRES IF YOU WANT TO LIVE they are hopeless in the wet (compared to Yokohama Cup tyres), and will not save you much, better sticking a few extra PSI in your tyres or getting some compomotive racing wheels (they are some of the few alloys that weigh less than equiv steels) or some Minilite's (also made by compomotive). And shod with some decent wet/dry tyres, pirelli 6000's are OK as are michilin tyres. Or just service it every 5000miles instead of 9000, more likely to get a saving, as you have to mod the inlet manifold to get an ecotec on some engines.
