Went to look at a Punto 75ELX last night which looked in good condition in terms of bodywork but there was a problem whereby the car would sit idling as normal and then about every two minutes or so, the injector light would come on and the revs would rise slightly. 30secs later the light would go off again and all would return to normal. I'm thinking of a TDC sensor problem - any other suggestions???

Also the clutch felt very soggy/heavy and the gears were difficult to engage - another common problem??
