Re: lowering a hgt

Dunno about lowering but I got uprated discs & pads fitted to mine and the garage never said a word about it regarding the warranty.
I expect they would point it out if the car needed any work done to the brakes though.

Just check with them or Fiat first.

any problems which could have arisen from your car being lower/poorly fitted non-genuine fiat parts will not be covered

Same with any mod really. Mines been in the dealers with mods and nothings been said about the warranty, but im sure they will if anything breaks due to them.......

Re: lowering a hgt

I doubt a dealership would lower a car, when i wanted to get my Stilo lowered i enquired at fiat and they said its not a job they'd be willing to take on as its aftermarket parts.

It might just be my evil dealership tho!

Re: lowering a hgt

That's the key really, I recall lowering springs being available from Fiat for the Seicento so they'd probably fit those.

Re: lowering a hgt

They do sell aftermarket lowing springs for the Alfas but i dont think they do for the FIATs. They would only fit genuine FIAT parts.
