first step would be to go buy a haynes manual, you are going to need a 12mm male hex socket to remove the drain plug. you will need a new oil filter and possibly an oil filter wrench.
10w 40 for an 8v engine semi synth
5w 40 for a 16v engine semi synth will do but fully synth is better
1.1 3.47 ltrs
1.2 8v 3.74 ltrs
1.2 16v 2.80 ltrs
