Stilo alloys for a mk2 punto ??

hi ive got a mk2 8v punto and i was just wondering if these stilo alloys ( hopefulli the picture will show up on here ) will fit on them ? cheers

Yes they fit with 5mm spacers IIRC.

My Car: 53 Mk2b Punto 1242cc 8v, lowered 30mm front, 15mm rear on Pi Springs (23quid off ebay brand new), Focus induction kit (running at 66bhp from it ), 15" Honda alloys for the time being, Powerflow exhaust!
To Do List: 40mm throttle body, red dot remap, maybe a gsr induction kit in the future, Stilo Claws!

but if your not gunna rag the **** out ya car all the time, from a standing start ultra quick gear changed youll be fine for a long time. Like me ive only got 15's on my mk2b 1.2 8v and ive just killed the clutch, slipps like buggery

Bingo. 195/40's will be better.

IIRC when I ran them I had 5mm's spacers on the rear and 3mm's on the front, but it was dropped 80mm. Fit them and assess the rubbing (if any) and take it from there

Isn't that a slight stretch? I was considering moving to 195/40/17's from 205/40/17's on my Punto which is lowered on coilovers to try and stop the rears rubbing when people are in the back, but didn't want to upset the handling which I think a stretch will do.

Dont want to steal the topic or anything but, there are a set of Stilo 16's in the classifieds and was wondering how well these would fit on my Punto?

Not at all on 7 inch wide wheels.

195's on 7.5 inch is a slight stretch but still legal.

You need to find out the ET and tyre size before I can comment.

May go for 195's next time then, bought some new tyres last week so won't be happening for a while. I assume I will have slightly less grip with 195's on?
