| punto porn :D | bucket seats just got my bucket seats today, witch have already got frames that fit the car fine, but they dont have the seat belt clip.... was just wondering anyone know how to remove the old frame of a standard old seat so i can fit them to my new bucket seats....

| punto porn :D | Re: bucket seats just tryed to fit them now after sorting out the seat belt clip.... but the main problem is now that the frames on the new seats are to wide for the punto subframes..... anyone know what i can do.. as the old subframes dont fit the new seats..... i read on the internet i could make a frame adaptor, anyone know how.. thanks here they are just in case.... | ||

| Re: bucket seats quite nice, are they comfy? i always think bucket seats like that make the car look wayy ott sporty, I like the standard seats out of an exec/sport car, half leather ones for eg, anywho completely off the issue yes you can make subframs but i wouldnt have a clue how to go about it, can you not just get the seatbelt clips onto the new subfames? it would be easier grafting them onto new sub's than grafting new seats onto old subs i would have though.

yep very comfy.... and they dont look OTT.... i have sorted out the seat belt clip problem, it is just the frame problem now.... the runners are to wide and dont fit the punto subframe, i have tryed to take of the old frames of the old seats but they dont fit the new seats.....dont know what to do... ![]() ![]() | |||

i was thinking of getting a large metal sheet and putting in place of the runners then i can fit the runners closer so they will fit the old punto subframe...but i wasnt sure this was safe/legal... ![]() | |||
