See, you have to convert that for the other side of the world. 135km/h is not fast at all (my bog-standard '88 X went faster than that).

I got my 2001 Punto Mk2 Sporting with the CVT auto all the way up to 138km/h before the police car appeared. He asked me "is that as fast as it can go?". I said that I was thinking of finding out. It's 85mph. The fine was about three week's income for me so probably wasn't the brightest move. Plus, I have so many points on my license now, just a 120km/h speeding violation would get my license confiscated for six months. Speeding ain't worth it, kids

For real speed and power, I still maintain that you need something like my 164 (I love my 164). I haven't been very fast in the current one, but in the old (newer) one I had a few years ago, I hit 220 (on a public road) which is 136mph, so there! I have so many extra inches after that, I'm almost average! Over twice the legal limit! Could've gone to court for dangerous driving, lost my license, and my car - yeah baby!
