Whats the top speed you have got out of your Punto???

ive had 125mph showing on the speedo downhill with a nice tailwind...

sat nav said i was doing 116mph....

Two days ago I was in quite a hurry to get home as the post office in my village closes at 18:00 rather than 16:00. I had a package to pick up and they are not open on Saturdays. I left work at 16:55 and arrived at 17:59 to cover the 50 miles between the two. Doesn't sound like much, but there was some heavy traffic backed up before I got to the motorway and even then things were not going very quickly. We don't have as many radars in Belgium as they have in the UK so I got a little past 180 KmH on the speedo, or about 113 MpH from time to time where traffic permitted. My little car has almost 130,000 miles so I'm not in the habit of doing this to the poor girl. I normally cruise between 130and 140 and sometimes up a little more on the way to work as I go against the traffic flow.

i got 125mph out of ma sporting but some speedo error thing they go on about takes 10% oF the readin so was about 115 give or take

115mph on GPS 120mph on speedo. On a empty motorway (im not gonna lie like everyone else and say private road ).

between 115 and 120 in my bravo verified by the nice policemen that pulled me over. Even got a picture to keep when they sent me my summons.

I thought it was a ban for more than a ton?

Wish I'd found out how fast mine went! should have tracked it at donny, fastest it went was off the clock (120 on speedo) and was still going...so probs about 110

It was a ban but at the time i hadnt been here long and still had my SA licence hence why i didnt get an instant ban but i did get one when i went to court

my clock goes up to 120mph on punto mk2 jtd , but the max i have archieved was about 115 , 116 mph on the clock, this in plain motorway with some cars ..
Anyway i dont have gps .

get it remaped and find a nice stretch of private road
and make sure your brakes are good

had 127 on the clock, near the limiter, sat nav said 117

punto 55s 1108cc 8v, 107 on the speedo whether thats true speed or not i dont know but it was sh*t scary, wouldnt do it again. 5500 rmp in 5th..... still running fine btw!

i had my cinq sporting up to 110mph and with that speedo it means about 104mph and i have not pushed my punto sx yet but i did have it up to 90mph with two people in the car o and 8inchs thats with out puting two on

110 on the clock, 106 on the sat nav.

had it to 115 on the clock without sat nav, so im guessing about 110?
