 Punto Centre Silencer Blowing - Advice Needed I have a problem with my Mk2 1.2 (2000) Punto. I recently purchased and got fitted a new sportex exhaust backbox, whilst at the gararge he said i have a slight crack in my centre silcencer box. When i put my foot down (whilst looking under my car) i can see all the 'gas' escaping from the centre box, and i can hear a hissing noise (which is slighty cool!!) Is there anyway i can fill the hole as a temporary solution??

| Re: Punto Centre Silencer Blowing - Advice Needed Went to halfords yesterday, used my bro's work outside ramp (only get the car about 2-3 foot off the ground, so i was laying in duck poo . . . don't ask!) and applied the Gun Gum. Used the car this morning, seems good. No more hissing. Cheers for the advice guys!!

| Re: Punto Centre Silencer Blowing - Advice Needed Well, the Gun gum lasted all of a day! The product does work, but the damaged area is in a really weird place. Anyways, i'm going to get a new centre and rear for the car (£102 parts and labour) anyone interested in buying my used sportex rear box?
