quick question

hi people just a quick question...

anyone know how to drain the water from my window washer holder under the bonnet, as the water has gone really dirty and makes my windows filthy and hard to see out of....

beacuse today i was driving down the A55. . and my window was starting to get a bit dirty so i decided to turn the washer on and clean them, but all it did was make the window really wet and dirty to the point were i could not see anything and had to pull over blindly..... ...

p.s. when i tried to clean the windows the blades did not remove the water, so do i need a new rubber fitting or a new arm all togther......

pls answer...

Re: quick question

im not familiar on puntos.can you loosen a hose to the motor or even the feed from the motor to drain/pump the fluid out?
or just go old school and syphon it out.
get the most oyu can out and then flush it through with fresh water.
then replace with screenwash/water mix

Re: quick question

as long as you dont drink it it is safe

or if it relly bothers you get a long clear plastic pipe once its passed the car cut it below the tank
therefore you should have a while before mouth time
cutting it should speed it up

another way is not sucking it
submerge pipe in water to its full
place thumb over end
submerge other end hopefully without air at end and release
hopfully water is dencer than washer this might effect it slightly

ps i have only used these tactics on my fish tank since fish tank water tastes rank i know

Re: quick question

i think he might have gunk in it

Another idea to do with missy's
i ain't looked at this on a punto
basically remove the water hose from front nossels to stop clogging them up
might clog pump if that's possible which i don't know if it is or not so
