(G) How to change interior light bulb + clean leather steering wheel?

Need to change a bulb in the interior light of my 00 Sporting, just want to double check how to go about it... Have read for other models that you just need to get a flathead screwdriver in between the unit & the roof & it'll pop down, is that right for the Sporting as well?

Now at the moment the unit doesn't exactly sit up tight to the roof so I was wondering if maybe there are clips or screws involved also & that's why it's not sitting flush...

Also - any ideas on how I might get white paint [seriously, I could strangle someone] off my leather steering wheel without taking the glaze off the leather?

Correct a flathead screwdriver on the edge of the interior bulb will allow the light to pop out, it might not be sitting flush because it might not of been put back in correctly before.

Poss ideas for removing the white paint could be something like Autoglym tar remover (or something like that) don't know whether u have that though?

Haven't got Tar Remover but sure I can get some & try it & see how I go... was putting it off because I'm terrified of just making it look worse!
