(G) Front wing Removal

I am splitting a mk1 sporting for parts, and have been asked for the 2 front wings.

Can anyone tell me the process for taking them off, or even if they are difficult to remove ??

front indicator need took out, under the bonnet along the edge there should be 3 - 4 bolts, then the wheel arch will need taken off and there is a bolt in there near the door edge, there is another one right at the bottom underneath.

and the front bumper will need loosen'd off and theres another bolt behind that

theres just held on by bolts along the inside off the bonnet un do them and follow it down and u will see what looks like a plug get a allen key and turn it hard !! and it should come out just use some man power lol
