| head rests got a punto active 2002 model and can't get the head rests off tried everything bar a axesaw. HELP

| blessed are the apostates | Re: head rests there's a button on one or both of the plastic bits under the headrest. on my GF's 2000 model there are 2 buttons, but thats a sporting so i cant be 100% sure its exactly the same as yours. | ||

| Re: head rests Can't find any buttons under the headrests its them cheap plastic neck breaker one's fitted to this car, i twisted the headrest and one side clicked and came loose but can't get the other side out push it back and it clicks back into place again strange HELP?

| RIP L181 VBB | Re: head rests On the centos of the same age the front headrests werent removable, perhaps this is the case here?

| Burninator of threads! | Re: head rests if its like mk1 punto rubber headrests and cinqs, you have to pull that big fabric staple off the bottom of the back part of the seat, pull all the fabric and padding away, then you can remove a metal C clip job and this allows you to take the headrest off. BUT its very very very hard to get the seat padding/material back together correctly, and to get the staple thing back on, not a chance, need two people with tiny vietnameese hands
