Cleaning the Grey Interior Plastic

Hi all, sorry for no posts lately hope your all getting on OK.

Its time for a bit of spring cleaning on the wife's Punto mk1 99 - a bit of hoovering and cleaning upholstery and all that lot. I never know what to do with the grey plastic interior of the car though you know the dashboard and all the grey plastic trims on the doors and floors. Its pretty scuffed and light scratches in places you know the usual - what do people on here use apart from normal furniture polish? is there something ideal for cleaning and polishing it out of Halfords or something like that?

many thanks,

Andy.

Interior plastic polish?

I've used a couple of those sponge things from turtlewax before...they come impregnated with shiny stuff that ya wipe over the dash to leave it shiny and slightly lemon scented.

Thanks,

I have seen it for black plastic dashboards but not for grey plastic I don't think. Isn't it called back to black or something?
Andy.

Really, great thanks I will give it a go. How do peeps on here rate that stuff is it good results? - also does it leave a slippery surface or does it dry?
Cheers,

Andy.

Not sure about other people but i rate it, ive been using it for years now most plastic interior spraying products make slippery surfaces, thats why they tell you not to spray it on the streeing wheel, also its good for keeping dust away for a while.
