Ia possible to transform a STREET construction to LOUNGE. I'm interested at Blue&me.

Sadly unlikely.
All the car's functions are programmed into the body ECU when the car is specced and built. These will all show up in the diagnostic list when interrogated and many can be disabled. (I have disabled my front fog lights when I replaced them with DRLs, so that even if the switch is pressed, I don't get a bulb failure warning.) Anything disabled can later be enabled again.

But, the stuff that is not there, is not listed waiting to be enabled. We've had such a question here before and MultiECUscan software does not have the facility to add stuff, and general info is that the Fiat dealer software cannot do this either.

If however you get a full ECU and keys kit from a scrap car of a higher spec, then all the bits are in the ECU. Any you don't add can be disabled. But this is a big undertaking.
You'd need a full kit. Body ECU, Engine ECU, Keys that go with the ECUs, full lock set to match the keys.
The two ECUs talk to each other and have to agree about the immobiliser chip in the key being used. Which is why you need both ECUs and the keys. The keys of course need a lock that they fit. Unless you want an ignition key different to the door key, you need the full set.
Full sets from broken cars appear on Ebay. Make sure you get two keys. These are generally used to fix failed key chip issues or fried ECUs.

A lot of work.
