Seems this is quite common, had it in my 2006 Grande, now I have it in my 2013 Punto.
However, this one has the Brio pack with climate. Is it the same method to drop the heater fan out to clean it or am I expecting something else?

that'd be my GUESS too,

I've not needed to look on my TwinAir, from what I've read the actual control system is different ( no resistor pack for climate)

but you'd still need a FAN to push it all around

could you take a few pics when you do the job,
I'm more than happy to help make a guide..,
