Hi any help or advice much appreciated.

Have a 2008 P unto grande diesel 1.3 dynamic.

125k on the clock, had some work done.

i think the clutch is maybe had it days.

its Hard to get into gear, as i have to push clutch pedal all way to foot-well metal.. and reverse is night mare sounds like teeth running across Cogs but just not engaging until after a couple tugs i gets in reverse gear, with that familiar crunch as it enters reverse gear.

So i assuming the clutch is a self adjusting as i don't see a way to tension up clutch cables.

If i was to have to replace it was cost would you guestimate ?.

Hi,:)
yours is a Grande - so there is the most relevant section, https://www.fiatforum.com/grande-punto/427870-410-new-clutch.html
does sound like a worn clutch..,

BUT it's worth getting a decent mechanic to check before you spend @£500 on a clutch, could just be slave cylinder leaking.. or worn gearchange linkages..
