(T) My Punto needs Brake Fluid, isit a certain one i must get or any brake fluid will do?

is it a certain brake fluid i must buy?.. its a Punto Sporting (02) and where can i find where to put it.. i am a Fiat rookie.. i just bort this car last week and loving it!

it will be dot 4 or better.
dot 4 is a specification not a brand.
you can go higher as in dot 5.1 but 4 is fine.

what are you doing that you need fluid?
is it losing fluid?

it must used up as the Warning light keeps flashing up on the dash, misc times and after i brake.. also i cant find where to put it??...

have you checked the fluid levels?
could be a wire fault for example
also may be a leaking master cylinder so topping up is only a temp fix.

the resevoir is on the engine bulkhead

Your brake pads are low, if you change the pads it will raise the level in the brake res back up.

i have checked the level of the brake fluid and it is full... ?
what else could this be?
