(T) Speaker Removal

Im new to this forum, but looks like this is what i need!
Ive got a Punto elx and need to replace the Front Door
Speakers, ive already bought a new Sony Head Unit & changer
but desperately need to know how to:

a) get the panels off, either the grill or the whle panel
b) what size of speaker
c) and any recommendations of
speakers, ive got about £60 spare

I bought some 10cm Kenwood ones for the back but they wouldnt sit
in the mount, also the 100W sub in the back is s**t so thats gotta go aswell!

if its a MK2 and the same as my 1.2 8v, then the front speakers are 16cm and the grill is held in with metal clips. lever one side out carefully then pull off (not at an angle) the grill is a separate section to the rest of the door trim.
