| Hi all, don't know if anyone else has had this. I've got an 8v Mk 2 Punto and yesterday noticed a load of oil coming from under the bonnet down the bumper. I think (but I'm not sure) I've just lost the oil cap - see attached photo. The oil level is still okay. I guess it's just been evaporating out when hot. Does anyone reckon it's that straightforward or is there an underlying problem? Cheers

| Bandido A Maneira!! | Re: Oil cap Probably wasnt put on properly seems strange that it took so long to come off. Get yourself a new cap and see what happens, you should make a habit of checking oil water and brake/clutch fluid levels everyday before setting off.
