(T) punto won't start no spark

Hi,

I have a 1.2 16v punto, which won't start, I have checked each lead and none of the spark plugs are firing. It is getting fuel. I have taken out and cleaned the crank sensor, is there any tests that I can do to find what has gone down. Any help will be much appreciated.

Had same problem on Mk.1 1.2 8v , was the crank sensor.
Do the checks on the coil guide

then suspect the sensor.
It could be the connections and / or wires , if the sensor itself they're a pig to check , I went to the local scrappy .. usually plenty of Mk. 1's ! and easy to remove. good luck !
