Splutter & Lights driving me Crazy!

Hi all i would appriciate a little help here.

I have a P reg Punto Turbo, it has sports clocks where the lights can be changed, but i dont know if this is the problem as when i brought the car it had the lights already connected.
i will list the problems and hopefully get some type of reply.

1) airbag and injection light stuck on my dash.

2) No clocks work all but my Turbo

3rd and final 1:
Driving down the road and it seems to splutter no matter what gear im in.
i think this is a problem with the mixture but, do i need to replace the ECU or is there another way of mixing it as i think its running to rich?

Thanks and hopefully some one can help me with these problems or i just get wolvs tunning to come take a look hehe.
