Alloy Question for all of you out there.....

Evening All,

Its another one of those do these wheels fit my car, I apologise for my lack of knowledge on the subject!

Basically i would like Stilo wheels on my Punto Active.
The wheels in question are 16" and 7" wide.

Firstly will these fit my punto?
If yes will tyre size be 195/40/16?
Will i need any spacers or different bolts to make it happen?

Many thanks in advance!

Also do Fiat sell cans of paint as was thinking of spraying my own side skirt and spoiler?

If you can't get the required paint from Fiat....you could get it mixed up sumwhere.....any paint specialist should be able to do it...and some halfords can now as well....though I don't know how good a match halfords are.

i work for halfords, all the superstores can mix up paint as long as you have paint code! altho i dunno how much it costs as i work in a high street store, but being halfords, probably bout the same as the dealer!

oh and in reply to your alloy question, i dont see why you need spacers, i never had them when i had 17's on my punto, and yeh 16's will fit on you car with those tyres! only thing that youll need is some wobbly bolts, which convert common 4 x 100 fitments to 4 x 98 which is for fiats!!

She's putting FIAT stilo wheels on a FIAT punto, so surely they would already be 98 PCD, why would she need wobblies?

your chatting **** mate .... there would be no need for wobbly bolts as the pcd will be exactly the same ... as for spacers you would have to find out the ET of the stilo alloys and see if they near enough match up with the standard ET for puntos which is about 37/38 IIRC .... and yes 16's will fit on a punto especially with the low profile tyres you will be having on it
