15's punto mk2

i've got a black punto mk2 1.2 8v 3 door. i'm gonna put some 15 inch kei Racing Force 10's on it and lower it 35mm on eibach springs. do u think it will suit the car? do u think i should use 195/45/15 or 195/50/15 tyres? Also will i need 2 do anything else to the suspension? thanks

Re: 15's punto mk2

Take a look at my old Punto with 15s on 195/50/R15 tyres and lowered 35mm-

The 195/45 tyres might be a bit more expensive

Re: 15's punto mk2

Didnt realise it was your first post- welcome to the forum

I think those alloys would suit it, just dont like all the holes in the middle of the wheel. New shocks would give better ride quality and might improve the handling

Fiat says that you should get 195/45s on 15s, or there brio catalogue does.

Eibach are one of the best, your right. Welcome too

Ive just bought some Razors like you had Wolfrace, with 195/45s off ebay, will get some pics up once theyre on!

Re: 15's punto mk2

Easily I had 17s and 35mm drop and hardly rubbed. Never had it rub with the 15s on even with a full car.

Re: 15's punto mk2

If 195/45s seem too expensive, have a look on topgear.co.uk

They have Federal 195/45s on special offer atm at £31 (very good price!) and the tread pattern is cool too!
