(S) Punto Sporting Steering Wheel

anyone know how to fit a different steering wheel onto a punto sporting, R REG

has it got an air bag, if not you just remove horn push, and undo nut, remove old wheel. if you are fitting an after market wheel you will need the correct boss to fit the new wheel

it has a airbag!! do think going somewhere professional to get it fitted would be a better idea!!!

there is a rumer that the bag can go off if its not removed properly.

aparently in the max power haynes manual you dis connect the battery, leave the car for 20 mins so the little charge runs out and then it shoudnt go off, but apparently if you drop it or give it any sort of force it will go off.

Might I suggest to be very careful with the airbag, man, it can hurt you, not just finacially but even physically.

When I had to remove me pre-tensioners for the seatbelts I took it to a professional who installed a resistor instead of the pre-tensioners.
