Coupe seats in a mk1 punto sporting

Hi, im wondering if anyone has fitted the rear seats frm a fiat coupe into the back of a 3 door mk1 punto??? front will go no bother but id like the same in the back. Anyone done this before???

I done it. loors really bad they dont fit properly at all I usedthe old punto seat frames and put the coupe padding onto them. It could look good if you take alot of time over it. legroom in the back is minimised but hey are very comfy!

thanks Jay... so do they bolt in properly but just look bad? luckily my fathers an upholsterer so he can maybe help if it just involves padding them up a bit to make them look a bit better. just wanna put the coupe front seats in n want the back to match rele

the dont fit properly was a real struggle to geth them in, With his skills im sure theycould eaily be made to sit nicly, liek i said i used he old metal backing from te punto seats and cable tied the coupe black cloth and padding to it, the coupe comes with split rear seat though so its sightly different. If you have the skill available toyu why not get the coupe leather interior in there! would probably be a 1st for that!

I reckon get the front seats in, then with your dads help re-upholster the rears to match. That way you wont have to struggle with getting the rears from the coupe to fit, and them not looking that great after all your hard work
