Does anyone know a cheap and easy way to remove (or lessen) dents.

I have a few knock on my car and would like to get rid of them.

Re: Dent removal

depends how bad and where

the last dent i got i pushed most of it out by putting my hand behind it and pushing upwards hard; didnt sort all of it, but most of it has gone (dent was from someone standing on the roof)

Re: Dent removal

yeah the heat method is good however it doesnt always work perfectly on little creases.

unless you have experience in bashing dents out i wouldnt really try it because you can end up trying to loose high spots. i would push it out as much as possible with a panel beating hammer and dolly then if need be a small amount of stopper and then a block down.

its better to have low spots than high spots because lows can be filled, high spots cant

Can you put that in laymans terms for me mate?

I'm a total rookie at anything more than the basics or cleaning
