MK3 Rear Lights on MK2

I was checking out the new sporting at my local garage, to find I pretty much don't like it, infact I was very happy that they had ruined it.

Means I won't be jealous of anyone with a new one (sorry peps, just my opinion)

But there was one thing I like, the rear lights (not that new bit) but the actual normal bit, the indicators are white rather than orange, thought that looked quite cool.

Anyway... to the point what is missing of that section (and is on the new bit) and will they plug straight in on my MK2?

Cheers folks :D

They're a slightly different shape.

The section on the actual boot lid itself is just full of reflectors. Kind of a waste of time, but I think they look good all the same.

Oh! God knows then! Ha ha!

I really thought they were different shapes, albeit only very slightly. :)

Have to find one and park up next to it and have a good look!

I've fitted mk3 rear lights to mine, will post pictures up when the digicam starts working again. Simple change, but looks really effective.
