| 1.2 8v Mk2B | Which Rear Lights??? I have an ice blue mk2b Active 3dr and would like opinions on which would look better, chrome or black lexus style lights? I know black are more stylish but would they suit the colour? Here is an example of the lights Cheers

| 1.2 8v Mk2B | Re: Which Rear Lights??? Whats the best way to do that? I'd like to keep them original if possible so i can just fit the standard ones back in when i want to sell the car Can i get tinting film like for windows or would i have to spray them? Cheers

| Top Dog | Re: Which Rear Lights??? i usually prefer the black ones tbh bt on an ice blue car i think the chrome ones would suit it best, however, like dave said tint the standard ones i don't think you can get tinting film for lights so you have to spray them. im sure ive seen a thread on someone showing how to do this if you use the search function | ||

| Outsider. | Re: Which Rear Lights??? Tinting is definately a better option than lexus lights. Lexarse lights are far too common these days and just look tacky and cheap, even if they weren't. You don't have to tint your lights black though, maybe consider colour coding them with the car? Or even, buying a set of aftermarket lights and tinting them.. you never know what you might come out with. Legalities can be a gray area, I just keep a set of standard lights for MOT time, even though I've never had a problem with the plod because of them. | ||
