Hello,

with recent weather been havign **** driving and i think i might of burned something out on my power steering, i was trying to get out of a icy mud bit on the left side of my car while right side was on snowy road. I started to smell buring so i turn engine off and walked away as you do if ur stuck to get help.

I come back later and the area froze and i cud get out but my power steering warning light has came on.

Its a mk2b punto 1.2 8v active sport

N e idea what it might be becuase i drove 13 miles with the light on turned engine off and back on and it was still there and steering was heavy. I got a haynes manual but no idea what to do can someone give me advice on things to look for.

so josh, when you go round a roundabout it may just come on again, steering weights up hugely and you pile into the back or side of another vehicle.

its not safe, get it fixed or be a prick.

WHere do you live per chance, as I really don't want to be drivign on roads near you.(n)
