Has anybody had their 1.9t jtd chipped?

What sort of power would i get and what could it take on?

angle tuning has got some good reviews, including ones from this site, and accoring to them, you could get up to 30bhp more :chin:

it dont say what tourque it gives you tho (but i know it increaces it), and thats where its at on a diesel

30bhp? they go from 80bhp to 130ish bhp

I will have to get Mark to confirm it later but I was told yesterday that his JTD was RR'ed at 132bhp.

Not sure what the torque figures came out at though.

It wasn't RR'd but the AT guy had his little computer thingymajig that gave you the 0-60, 0-80 times etc. and also the bhp figure. On mine after the remap it was 132bhp And he reckons that the torque would increase around 30%, which would make it around 190lb/ft
My advice to you is...... GET IT DONE!!!!! It drives much much smoother and revs nicely for a diesel too

i'm in australia and my missus has a Fiat Punto 1.9JTD

i've read a few things on tuning ... just wondering do they need the car to do the tuning (dyno tune)
can't find any info in aus for tuning fiats

Only ECU is needed.

I wouldn't recommend it - they'll probably screw it up considering most places here have never seen a Fiat before
