How exactly do you it?

Unbolt the top of the engine remove old one clean the surface, then just place the old one in it place or do i need some kind of sealant?

i always put a bit of blue hylomar on the head surface as they are a bugger for leaking

I've just replaced the seal, are used that blue stuff, now only time will tell if it's done the job. Seems to run ok so no problems yet (fingers crossed)
