Hi

I have Meta M871A alarm installed in my Punto. Have 2 remote(round blue with 1 button ) , 2 small keys and blue code card with 16 digit code on its sticker .
My alarm is not reacting on remote .Batteries are good in both remote 6.5V .Strange thing my neighbor had similar problem the same day ,but guy from road assist service reset his alarm with 5 digit code (which I don't have) and he could use his remote after that normally .
I can switch off alarm with small key ,on unit under the bonnet .I can start the engine then. After tuning the key back in original position, alarm is armed but still don't react on remote key press . Is there a way to do reset alarm using that small key or I have to go to alarm repair shop ?

And tonight both remote working normally .No idea why .Maybe some Klingon jamming device is switched off now .
