General Cars being weird

I've noticed in first and second gear that my cars got like a 2 second delay before it really pulls the power? Like I'll put my foot down and it delays,then boom it takes off? Lol

Anything I can do to enhance performance? Any ideas?

When did you last service her? Have you ever replaced plugs?

Thanks for the replies guys and I've no idea what the previous owner did to this car but it's quick,I may try changing the plugs! It's a good call
