building a mailbox out of a punto

any ideas on building one?

was thinking of cutting dashboard in half and either use glove box or passenger airbag cover

Gearbox - plenty of room for the junk

Weld a plate over the big end
use the "end plate pannell" to make a nice neat door (pivot instead of flip)

Haha you joke, but I do some courier work occasionally, and there's a chap we deliver to, who's never at home, and just asks you to hide it in his project Saab on the drive which is always open. Lots of fun hiding places!

Years ago I used to do some work for a local farmer, the "Office" was a Cortina in the yard, Bills were left there and if he wasn't there when you called for payment, you checked the office! Most times it was sitting there including on a few occasions CASH!!!! How times have changed! Of course it's easy to find people now with mobiles.

Hahah, normally it's fairly big packages. But tucked in the steering column is a favourite.
