Open it up on the drier days to air it out. Starting every week could do more harm than good. If it doesn't fully heat the oil and drive off the water you will just be making a pool of it in the sump. It's not enough to get the needle to the middle.
Roll it back a forth to keep the tyres from sitting on the same part, check pressures every month or so. Make sure the coolant and windscreen wash can't freeze.
Handbrakes can stick on if left for a while so either chock or release the brake regularly.
Keep an eye out for furry things building a nest - rats love wire insulation and plasticy bits of fuel tank fillers.

i was thinking of installing self guiding turrets with motion sensors which shoot every moving object but then it hit me that passers-by could get, so i abandoned that idea

i had this set up, but instead of paintballs i was using 50cal bullets (got neighbour complaints lollo)

Over pressure the tyres and again keep tyres moving to prevent flat spots

An oil change wouldnt hurt before going on the road

Handbrake off and chocks again prevent brake seizures

Sticking some moisture absorbing blocks inside will help prevent mould and wet floors

Cant talc the wiper cause itll just easht off with the rain

I can vouch for airing the car out.

my punto has been unused since september and a little mould has started to appear especially on the foot mats, had to give it all a spray with anti-bacterial spray and a good scrub, also have the battery on charge now as its taken quite a beating in that time.
one tyre keeps going down and that gets re-inflated to stop any damage to the tyre.

Friend of mine had an Alfa Romeo back in the day, or should I say alfalfa romeo.
He was away deep sea and on one return the grass in the footwells was up to the pedals.
I don't remember which Alfa it was. It was the one with unreliable electrics that leaked and rusted :)
