Has anyone used the Lemforder kit for these on Ebay at sixty notes? (Lemforder is considered a good second to Volvo when seeking aftermarket parts).

No not fail it is end of September but I am doing the timing belt and overhalling the handbrake and foot brake. I live in Midlands and the car's home is Pompy so I am considering doing the front end now while the weather is good and nights are short - hate messing about with car mechanics in the wet and cold!
I think the previous owner changed his mind about keeping the car for some reason. He had acquired a set of front lights (lovely clear lenses) and a few other things which he included in the deal. I am just hoping the front bumper fittings come undone with plenty of plussgas. I can take the front off my XC70 in under ten minutes two bolts and two clips.

you shouldnt have too many issues getting them undone

Just remember if it is tight but moving

Tighten and loosen each section with plenty of lube, so that the threads clear out as it comes out :)

On my mk2, there were lugs that hold the bumper on

On the mk2b - i see to have a bolt hidden way inside the wheel arch / front bumper

So mines never come off tbh
