Im pretty sure this is common on puntos and i saw a post from a year or 2 ago by Ziggy122 about this.

Is this work changing the gasket as i can get one for £7.99

Very common. Straightforward replacement but bit of a knack to getting it right. Need to put a few blobs of sealer where the gasket rises over the hump. If the leak is mainly that end it could also be the coil pack o-ring , not a big bother either.
Sure there is a guide in the sticky section for the rocker cover gasket.

That is the only place its leaking from. Any rough estimate how much a garage would charge?
 
Depends. Could be looking at the thick end of fifty quid or more by the time they stick on an hour labour, consumables and environmental charges.
